Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

Purchaser Rights, Conduct, and Limitations

If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent to purchase from us. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, and terminate accounts. 

Payments and Fees

You shall pay any and all applicable fees and taxes for purchases you make on our Website. You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and credit care information. By making a purchase, you consent to Shayla Copas Lifestyle authorizing your credit card, debit card, bank account, or any other payment form provided to process the full payment of fees and applicable taxes, through our third-party payment processor.

If your billing information changes or your account or credit card is lost, stolen, or compromised, you must promptly inform us. If your purchase requires ongoing automatic payments and the credit card information you provided us with expires, you hereby authorize Shayla Copas Lifestyle to determine or obtain replacement expiration dates for your credit card in order to process your authorized payment.

For Digital Products:

If you purchase a digital download through this Website, you may download the digital product subject to a limited, non-transferrable, revocable license for your own personal, non-commercial use to download, view, and copy the material. You may use the digital download in the course and scope of your business or personal life, but you may not share the digital download with anyone other than a client to execute your agreement with them and you may not resell the template. You are expressly prohibited from reselling or distributing such purchased material.

Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License

Shayla Copas Lifestyle reserves rights to all content, information, data, text, logos, design elements, headers, service marks, trademarks, photographs, images, videos, blog posts, program and product names, graphics, color schemes and artwork published, to the extent protectable, within or relating to our digital products, as well as any and all information assessed through our digital products which is proprietary. 

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, upload, republish, sell, transmit, distribute, post, exploit, or create derivative works of any material from our digital products.

You may not use any trademarks, service marks, logos, or graphics owned by Shayla Copas Lifestyle through common law rights or registration.

Our Limited License to You

By purchasing a digital product through our website, Shayla Copas Lifestyle grants you a limited, non-transferrable, revocable license to view and utilize content for your personal use only. If you purchase a digital product, you may access and download purchased content subject to a limited, non-transferrable, revocable license for your own personal, non-commercial use to access, download, and view the material. 

This license is granted for use by (1) individual only. 

You are prohibited from reselling or distributing such purchased material. No other use of our content is permitted without the express written consent of Shayla Copas Lifestyle.

If you violate any portion of these terms, you must destroy any copies you made of our content immediately and your right to access and use the digital product and content shall terminate automatically. We reserve the right to take any and all appropriate legal action against infringement upon our intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to revoke your access to any purchased material, without refund, and take any appropriate legal action. 

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds after a purchase as been made for digital products and courses.

For physical products

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We will replace a product if it arrives damaged due to neglect of carrier. 

Damages must be reported within 1 day of the date of delivery and photos must be taken of the box and sent to us within 24 hours. 

Exchanges must be received in the following condition: In original packaging and perfect condition.  

We do not take title to returned merchandise until it arrives to our facility or to the manufacturers facility. We will notify you of the address to send the return. 

To request an exchange for damaged merchandise due to shipper, send an email to hello@shaylacopas.com with photos of the box and description of the issue. Our team will get back shortly.

Exchange Processing Time

Your exchange will depend on the stock of the item at the time requested. We will notify you of the lead time.

Payment Refund Method

If we cannot locate a replacement for exchange we will refund your card after the merchandise has been received back to our warehouse or the warehouse of the manufacturer. Your refund shall be issued to your original form of payment.
