Chic Home Office
We created this home office for a client in the fashion industry.
Her desire was for style and comfort while functioning as a collaborative workspace.
Originally a television room, we gave it a facelift by adding texture and sparkle through a metallic wallcovering, unique light fixtures, elegant draperies, a colorful rug, and hand-carved desk chairs with cane backs. To make the office – sometimes workroom – functional, we added shelving and a framed cork board over the bar area for pinning up inspirational elements to fabric swatches. Perhaps most important, we accessorized the space to be an appropriate backdrop for online meetings.
